FTP glitch?

when i run mulitple tables on FTP, after a while my sound dies. Also, if i logout when this happens, i cant log back in unless i restart. the program just wont start. any ideas? i think it happens when i have to act simultaneously at 2 tables.

I have the same problem, bump?

BTW, OP, if you hit <ctrl><Alt><Del> and go to Task Manager, under the Process tab, you should see a FullTiltPoker.exe image. The reason you can't reload it, is because it thinks it's still running. If you end process on it, you can then restart FTP. However, it doesn't always restore the sound.

This has bothered me for a long time now and after lurking here for a long time, I figured I'd sign up to let you know you're not the only one and hopefully someone can help us.

You're not even close to the only one. This is brought up at least once a week.

I know this isn't a long term solution, but I have found that when I open iTunes and play a song, the sounds will come back. I can then stop playing the song and the FTP sounds continue to work.

It's the best I've come up with.

Rob, I've found that too. Although I usually go to like abc.com as they have a video clip with sound, and like you it sometimes helps. I've also found getting an AIM or email message that has a sound clip may help.
