1. Jason Witten, Dallas Clark, Joe Jurevicius and Chris Cooley all have as many or more TDs than Wes Welker.

2. istewart never mentioned anything about touchdowns, he only mentioned celebrations. The fact that you immediately went to touchdowns shows A) you admit that there are retarded celbrations being made by black players (as your argument is that only 2 white guys score TDs so it is an unfair comparison) and B) no white players jump out at you as making ridiculous celebrations elsewhere on the field.

Everything said in this thread is very interesting. I think it more or less comes down to a small group of players that just don't get it and they bring a bad connection that is unfairly passed over to other people and groups. For every Pacman Jones, there are 10 Warrick Dunns, Hines Wards, etc)

I think this is a big reason why the players approve of Goodell's harsh treatment of idiot players that give the rest of them bad reputations.

If you look at the entire league, you probably can not count more than 20 off of the top of your head that are really major problems. You might even make that number 10.

Also as a middle-upper class white kid who doesn't listen to rap, but 95% of my middle-upper class white friends do. Surprisingly when I listen to rap I don't feel like pulling out a gat and shooting people.

While the article seems to be standard Cosby crap rewritten for the NFL, if you don't see the correlation between overdone, retarded celebrations and black people, you are purposely being blind. You can draw a pretty accurate analogy between the endzone celebrations of white guys and black guys and the reactions of white families vs. black families at their son's preschool/5th grade/8th grade/high school/(they don't graduate college) ceremonies.

well they're the one getting all the touchdowns (running backs and receivers are primarily black in the NFL, you obv know this), therefore when one makes an ass out of himself with excessive celebration he's more likely to be black vs. white. I don't think excessive celebration has anything to do with them being black, there is excessive celebration in soccer at times (mostly white people) and even hoceky (though not so much anymore).
