There's zero chance IMO that person was a whistleblower. A whistleblower would have done more than just send out a garbled confusing excel file that took a ton of investigated to get to the goods. It likely was just an incompetent CSR rep (which was prolly why he was fired, if he was). This isnt the first time they've sent out HH that showed stuff they shouldnt have showed. Just a giant stroke of luck.

AP has proven over and over again (and in many other instances besides this hole card scandal) that they are rife with incompetence, smarminess, and a cavalier attitude towards support, security, etc. The only question left to answer is was current AP management involved in the actual fraud, or only in the cover up.

Who said he was fired? I have asked the question many a times and can not get an answer. Nobody seems to know. And if he did why aren't we talking with the person all the time?

[/ QUOTE ]
adanthar said it (and repeated it a zillion times). It was info from his sources that he cannot expose.

[/ QUOTE ]

adanthar never said this.

If so, I apologize, but I am certain I remember it, and I'll go look for a link.

No, but Nat did. I'm not going to look for the link, but he said he had several sources verify that the person who sent the excel spreadsheet is no longer employed at Absolute, and to make of it what you want.

Okay, you are correct about that. He also added (make of that what you will), but that could have been his opinion and not something backed up by unrevealed info. It is clear the guy is no longer working for the company, though. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
