What do you do against REGULARS who 3-BET you alot??

There is no easy answer, and it is difficult to play against players who do this well. 4-betting ligher is obviously something to consider. It can be tricky, depending on stack sizes, because you often only need 30%-33% equity to call if they then push and a lot of hands are marginal in that case (especially if we are talking about late position/shorter handed action).

Sometimes I just call the 3-bet with the intention of c/r a/i most flops. Sounds like a tilty response but it actually isn't as bad as it sounds.

c/r shove vs thier cbets in reraised pots. Most of <font color="white"> </font> the regs 3bet a good ammount and they do it light, however, thier mistake is that they then go on and cbet in those reraise pots way to often. Make them pay for this.

this is fine and pretty standard (obv not everytime you have 55 here, but you have to put this play in a decent percent of the time)
