I either shove or fold the turn. As played I bet 300 on the river. He's not calling a shove w/o a T.

I agree with this, whats your plan on a bad river when you just call?

Edit: if your hand is no good most of the time on the turn you got to fold.

[/ QUOTE ]

unimproved, i fold to a 3rd bet on the river.

do you like a turn fold or push?

[/ QUOTE ]

Ugh I would probably shove against a 18/9 but Id prob flip a coin.

Also thinking about it a bit more call isnt that bad either, though I think shove or fold is usually better.

His bet on the flop looks so weak that I'd really be tempted to raise here. But this seems bad, since no one agreed.
Why is that?

[/ QUOTE ]

All we're folding out is whiffed overs, not getting value out of worse besides say A9.

i think id just bet river small, i think you get a call more often, people get curious on these boards when facing non all in bets with this action. I would entertain arguments for raising on any street but...looks fine as played.

once he bets turn, i am pretty sure he has an overpair. guess he could also have some crap, A8, set, flush draw, etc.

[/ QUOTE ]

He is on the button. I would supect his range is fairly wide - maybe AT+ but I would still bet the turn...

Fine. I might raise the flop, but would never shove the turn not that many worse hands call and better hands never fold. Turn shove is basically durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr lots of outs shove.
