we don't have proper odds for a call... the idea here is that pot odds + fold equity = +EV

The more I look at it though.... i think this is a fold, at best i think we're drawing to our 9's and T's against a better flush draw or against 888

folding> raising> calling

if you do think your hearts are good though if you hit you only need to get another 10 dollars out of villain for implied odds to make your call on the flop correct

but ya i agree with MOP folding here is most likely better just because you have to discount outs here

Isn't a fair amount of range air here?

Why? We're trying to fold out air right?

Edit: And FWIW, I really don't like this. W/ 100bb stacks it wouldn't be terrible...but what were you planning on doing if he shoved? If you really think he's C/R'ing air here (which you can't know because you have no history), then why not just call and take it away when he checks the turn?

Without a read / feel for the meaning behind his c/r I prefer a fold here given we are 200BB deep and making your hand could easily get you stacked.

not standard at all

you have position and you're facing a tiny raise w/no read on your opponent. just call. why are you assuming he has air?
