After you raise the flop and at least call the turn, I think he has a good idea of where you are at by the turn.

I think by calling the turn you give him an excellent idea of your holdings, and won't be bluffed at on the river. Thus the last 3k will go in if he beats you, and won't go in if he doesn't.

Turn is shove imho.

Fold flop. Carrotsnake will only raise the flop with top set since he's a nit.
