Point Therapeutics...FTW?

Yesterday on a whim, without much research and planning I bought a very small amount of POTP stock.

When I checked the pre-market trading this morning I find out that it has jumped 47%. Can anyone explain this fluctuation?

Someone here probably knows alot more about this blip than I do.
