Checking the turn with the best one pair hand is for pot control but the pot is already out of control! The only other reason you'd check is because you so sure you're ahead and want to induce a bluff to make more $ instead of inducing a fold. Neither of these applies, the board is drawy and villain is a loose fish.

It's not that much for pot control. If you shove/overbet turn and get called you are not ahead very often

You have position, you can value bet the river if he checks and have the option to fold eg if he bets big depending on river card etc.

Having said that shoving turn is def OK if he's very loose/bad
