I've been raising almost every hand on BTN. Standard fold on bubble since BB is so deep? BB was like 33/5

Given that you've been raising the button so often, he's reraising you very lightly. I don't think you can fold this at a $6 even though losing here greatly reduces your equity. You're left with ~t600 if you lose which means you're not dead. I expect to see anything from AT+, 55+ here. Players at the $6 level don't know perfect bubble strategy.

[/ QUOTE ] I agree with the prior response. Villian has to put you on a pretty wide range at this point and you are ahead of the resulting range that he has. The probability that you have him dominated is signifcantly greater than the probability that he has KK or AA. |

Where is the other stack in the HH? [/ QUOTE ] I'm taking an educated guess and saying that it's a 6 max tourney in which top 2 payout. |

I would fold here sometimes, SOMETIMES(!), what does your read tell you.
Have you seen BB doing this stunt during the play? I Would reconsider this call, specially with SB only 5ish BB stack... i'm not saying this is a correct play, i'm just saying that it's worth of reconsidering it... |

I would lean on the side of calling. If villian is pushing just 15% of hands it's +ev. Our goal is to improve our overall equity-not cash. I call unless u have some specific read and/or small stack is a goodball.

Just push pre flop and you wont have to worry about a re raise. Seems like a perfect spot, even if you have been raising a lot. Take it for granted that BB isn't utterly retarded and calls I guess. As played I would come pretty close to folding but its only a $6.

Just push pre flop [/ QUOTE ] Open shoving here is standard bubble play even though BB has more than 15 BBs? |

Anyways, I think we can call based on the fact that we have been raising so much, his reshove range is probably wide enough. Folding can't be bad since we only cover by 600 though. Need some by hand EV on this one. |
