You can't just call for a set value and your hand isn't strong enough to reraise, so I'd just fold.

agreed, I would need TT+, AK pre to re-raise and would be folding anything lower.

This is very good.

Also, I'm not sure what to make of the fact that he's a losing player. Most player at this level lose because they suck around the bubble, not because they like to go and spew off their chips the first few levels.
