Imrahil,
In a blind vs blind what is your 4bet range? Does villain have any read on your 4bet range? Regardless I think your preflop line is standard.

How do you feel about open shoving the flop (thats usually my standard given pot size and stacks)?

Villain is 57/27, he has no reads.
