Folds, ur hand is no good here.
Villain has so many hands that have u beat, 57, 66, 44, qq, KK, AA, AdQ. U are effectively betting 150 to win approx 300, villain needs to be bluffing 1/3 of the time to make this EV. I just dont think u are ahead often enough.

With no history i'd fold it, if he really is multi tabling so much i'd maybe go for a flop MR, IF he plays back he HAS to have you beat and you can dump it; I cant think of much a multi -tabler would just call the MR with.
