Default OT: Player-to-Player transfer restrictions/info

Which site is the best to transfer around 2k dollars from a newly created poker account to another.

I know that some poker rooms require certain number of hands to be played or that the player has to have been registered more than 30 days before he can make a transfer.

Is there a site I can just sign up to and transfer monies to another player straight away ?

Why would you want to? Sounds kinda shady and I doubt many sites let you.

I have a friend who owes me some money around 2k dollars and its laying in his neteller account.

Usually I would just tell him to send the money using netellers peer-to-peer transfer but he can't without registering his bank account (which he doesn't want to do) and neither does he want to pay the fee.

I thought as a decent solution he could use a poker site player to player transfer to send me the money. Anyone know the best one to do so ?

Everest poker requires your account to be at least 30 days old, and the person you send the money too needs to play a few hands before he can withdraw it.

Any more info on sites - party - can I do this with a new account ?

lol - Would prefer not to pay rake for a 2k HU game, and that would probably look quite suspicious. Anyone done this ?

On the odd chance that you are actually stupid enough to chip dump: You will get caught.
