I'd raise flop to like 400 and shove the turn.

With the pot being so big I doubt opponent folds an ace here. I can't see what else he could have here so shoving riv is absolutely fine and I think better then a check/call. He will unlikely vbet worse hands here with a scare card like that.

I like this line better then the one you suggested, though shove riv as played, it's fine.
