His play is a little weird, i kinda think he already hit the flush on the turn, but i'm really unsure.

As played I would Bet/fold the flop

I think it's OK as played, I'm not raising AQ with the blinds this small in this position, bet/fold is an option on the flop but I prefer the line as played as I don't think you get calls from much that we beat here, whereas worse hands might bet.

I would have raised P/F.

I would have bet the flop as well. If he comes over the top, I fold. If he calls, I check the turn and fold to a bet.

As played, I would check/fold the flop.
