taco bell is spew [/ QUOTE ] IT'S LIKE POOP IN A HARD OR SOFT SHELL AMIRITE?!?!?! Thanks for the awesome contribution. I am tempted to go through your post history but I'll be disappointed if all your posts aren't as kick-ass as this one. Despite the fact that I am supposed to be on a diet, I am a slave to cheese and chips and today sampled the chili cheese nachos bellgrande. Have to say, like pretty much all fast food items it didn't look as good as it did in the commercials or on their site and didn't taste much different than a standard nachos bellgrande. Probably will get again, won't go out of my way for it though. |

Re: am i ordering the right items at taco bell?
you have to be wise with your orders. you should get a variety of flavors and textures. this is why i usualyl get steak quesadilla, nacho cheese chicken chalupa, a burrito, and meximelt.
the steak quesadilla has the zingy flavor explosion of sauces and delicious steak inside a slightly hard but not crunchy grilled tortilla. i recommend alternating eating between this and the burrito, but its also acceptable as an appetizer to wake your taste buds up. the nacho cheese chicken chalupa has the classic nacho cheese that all americans love plus some tasty chicken to complement and a few vegetables to cool it down, unlike the quesadilla which is all out intensity. and of course, the chalupa shell is like no other - it has a unique soft puffy texture , the result of frying flatbread. i recommend eating this first or second if you want the quesadilla. it will satisfy you and make you say WHOA DIS [censored] IS TITE, a good start to a meal. the burrito, usually a 1/2 lb, is the structure of the meal. its the part to fill you up and make you feel good. yes, its delicious but its not some intricately designed item. its the steak and potatoes of taco bell. a true man's food. eat this towards the middle-end but definitely dont end with it. finally, theres the meximelt. a nice finish to a lovely meal. its nothing big, by this time you should no longer be hungry. its basically a soft taco without lettuce and grilled. it has a "fiesta salsa" and cheddar/mozz/pepper jack cheeses which melt to make it gooey yet not messy. a perfect taste for the end of your meal. of course, i recommend a dessert. they are good but nothing mind blowing. any of their treats are fine. while i was writing this i just got inspired to go to taco bell. but im poor scum so i will only be getting buy one get one free quesadilla or something. sigh |
