I probably call all the way down unless the board does something really creepy (like hitting another T and having villain go wild). Your opponent looks like he'd bet TPTK on a regular basis, and on a board this dry he'd probably bet 2PNK. Why raise him off a weaker hand? Smooth-call. If he bets the turn, smooth-call. If he checks the turn, bet 2/3rds pot. If he bets the river, smooth-call. If he checks the river, bet 2/3rds pot or check behind if the board is very scary for you.
