400 bench is alot more impressive then 600 deadlift imo. I don't know what his current maxes are right now, but if those are his goals for bench/squat, then surely the deadlift is realistic too.

yeah I think 400 pound bench is alot harder also. I mean all those lifts are huge.

400 pound bench = extremely difficult, barely within reach. I think if my back and legs stay healthy throughout, the squat is much more realistic.

I did 5x285 with shoes and no stim. Whoop! Sorry. Bragging about weight lifting numbars is pretty lame. But it does make me happy at night.
