"Villain is 20/14/3.5 on 250 hands", seems like a solid player. If u got no reads that he 3bets really light or 4bets a lot i think ur only up against AA or KK

He cold 4bet so you have no reason to believe he is getting tired of your 3bets. I think you can lay it down.
