Default 10-20 turn play?

Full table dried up, just me and villain. 3-handed he opended sb and called my 3-bet, and then stacked off 100bb with AJ on a Jxxx turn board, I had QQ. He has shown he can bluff, 3-bet pf light etc. I told him a couple of minutes ago I was leaving soon.

He opens button 65, I call QTd. 100bb eff.

Flop (129) Qs Th 7s
I c-r his 95 to 300. He calls.

Turn (729) Jc (Qs Th 7s) 1500 and some to play for.

Pretty sure he would commit sf-draws and pair+flushdraws on flop, so spades seem unlikely.

So, is this a bet-call all day, or should I be considering something else? Oh yea, and what about the flop c-r size? Should I bet bigger on such a draw heavy board?
