Just as a basic sports betting 101, chasing lines is terrible.

Looks like my Rutgers offer went through. Unfortunately, the only reason I even noticed it was an early game is that Syracuse is already up 7-0.

Rutgers -17 at Syracuse (Risk 1.05u to win 1u)
