whats the definition of an average villain? considering this concept is dificult in itself, it becomes even more ridiculous considering you have no idea if this villain fits into the little box uv made for him.

the only thing i don't like about c/ring the flop is he might not oblige you by betting that often on a KQ high flop. pf is fine, flop/turn are fine imo.

The thing is that is was a while ago I watched the video, but I'm sure he planed a CRAI w/ a draw in a 3-bet pot and I think it was a str8d similar to mine. The argument as I could give you is that if you are going to bet/call on flop you could as well CRAI and hopefully get some FE and villain could as well check behind and let you draw for free.

nah, not at any level. Not w/o a solid read that he fires alot when you check to him. I just think this is a terrible board to do it on.

I think your line would be great if you held KQ on TJx flop, not so sure about your situation though. If he does plan on folding that flop, he'll probably do it for much less than $42. I would probably just CB $28-$33.
