I count about 3 outs here (1.5 for A/Q, another 1.5 for BDFD) so we'd like around 14:1 and we're already getting 13:1. My 2/4 B&M table is quite passive so flops aren't raised all that much, so I would continue here. With the bet coming from the immediate right I usually autoraise here in big pots if I'm going to continue, which may free up some outs. But honestly, I don't know if my hand is big enough to warrant a raise; I think I just call along but that may be bad.
