Default Theory: Bubble call range with 2 short stacks

Lets say we have this scenario:
Blinds 200/400
---------------
CO 4000, folds
BTN 1200, folds
SB 4000, pushes
BB 1200 (Hero)
---------------

Nash equlibrium for this situation is something like 100% push and 52% call range. If we assume that all players are good, what would be a good calling range in BB?
(We assume that SB is pushing close to 100%, maybe something like 90%.)

We obviously have to play a hand before BTN so I think ICM over values our stack. I would guess that something like 70% calling range is reasonable even though according to ICM we should only call about 45% against a 90% pushing range.

Do you agree that ICM over values the $value for our stack?
Is my calling range reasonable or way off?
Thoughts?

You might be right. I just wouldn't feel comfortable calling 70%...that includes hands like 96o, 10 7, etc...

I wouldn't feel comfortable calling, but you have a 1/3 of your stack in the BB and next hand you are in the SB. You have no time to wait for a decent hand, you have to get lucky and soon. I would call with all but the worst hands.
