Hmm... another poll!

Options:

1- 100
2- 99
3- 98
4- .99

You may only choose 7.

Results not viewable until 5/5/55

To be serious. I agree that 100 is fair. If you can't come up with 100, then either you are not ready to be crowned champion, or you have just experienced a bank-roll destroying downswing. Either way, you shouldn't be involved.

99 is optimal in this scenario.

This may be a better choice as it makes it possible for players who do not yet have a 3 digit bankroll.

So has anyone stepped up to the plate to organise this yet? There's a lot that's involved. The SSNL HU tourney took several weeks from conception to kick-off. People are going to have to put their hand up and be agreed upon to organise this, figure our the number of players, the format of games (best 2/3 games? 100bb stacks or bigger? Increasing blinds or not?), the brackets, what site to play on, and importantly also to arrange escrows.

Anyway, I don't have the time or necessary reputaion to help out in this regard, but I would suggest that the next step should be to identify who gets this up and running, and whether it's worth offering some compensation as an incentive. In SSNL HU, though I can't remember the exact amount, the tourney was run something like $235+$15 with the $15 from each player being distributed amongst the organisers.

Anyway, just some thoughts.

Cool. I really want to do this.

How long will it take? The buy-in won't be an issue, I just need to buy a new computer because FT sucks. I expect a new machine arrives in two weeks.

it will take a while for me to set up (if im the one thats doing it) because im currently in the middle of interviews and real-life job searching that is keeping me pretty busy..

plus this will give all these EXPERT low stakes donks time to build up enough roll to play for $100 so they will quit crying about the measily $100 buyin, haha...jk
