I've run up against frozen a few more times, and as long as I have him to my right its all good. He puts you in some tough spots with his spews if he is on your left.
But value betting 3rd pair against him on the river is so hilarious because like Hip said he never folds, and when he has a really weak hand he just c/c the river to show you that his UI overs missed again.

I withdrew all my money yesterday. While I don't think there's a problem at the limits we play I have a real hard time giving money to a site that allowed this and then tried to sweep it under the rug with such a retarded statement.
