Kind of a tough cal. But since you got no history with him i assume he doesnt know anything about u neither so bluffing there would be real bold imo. Calling with 99 on that flop(and preflop) would make sense too. So id be inclined to fold here.

We can't fold.
We can't raise unless villian is a complete monkey.
So that leaves us with a call. The problem is on the river. I'm folding a lot of rivers so this is maybe too exploitable? Not sure what else we can do though.
