Default Speed SnG vs. Regular SnG

I'm currently a 33$ 5-tabler of speed sng's and I was wondering what type of differences I'd see if I switched to the regular tournaments. I'd assume a higher ROI due to the longer game causing worse players to make more mistakes, lower variation, and the ability to 7-table instead of 5-table due to longer time to make decisions.
Is this an accurate assessment?
Also, the question that matters, should I switch?
just so you have all the info- my bankroll is about 5k, and my ROI is 11% right now, but I only have 200 tournaments under my belt, so that really doesn't mean anything...
