You raised preflop so I don't think that BB is putting you on a 9 here. I think the turn is a good card for you because it is disguising your hand. BB could be trying to represent a 9 here while putting you on something like TT or JJ.

There is also the chance that the SB knows that most TAGs will raise any donk min-bet. Therefore he could be trying to exploit this by min-donking then 3betting the flop. In this event he may merely be putting you on a very wide range for raising.

I feel that folding to the 3bet is really weak, I would prefer to fold to the all in for table image, showing that I don't get pushed around lightly in pots.
