I'd bet around $15 and call a shove. He'll have called your Cbet with a big range of hands. Once you bet $15 you can't fold and don't have to make any awkward decisions.

If you check and CO bets your left with hard decision + you don't want to let him draw cheaply for a straight or flush.

Since CO has only about $24 left, I think instead of $15 a shove is best? That gives draws the worst price, and with the $15 line we are already committing $24 to him if he has us beat anyways... right?
