Is the software powerful enough that it can restrict people from posting X minutes after a previous post?
If it can do this, can X be a function of the total number of posts, such that newly registered throwaway accounts have to wait a while before posting, while older accounts can post often? I think this is a reasonable idea for dealing with spammers while minimizing unintended consequences. Any thoughts? |
