No. The point of poker is to get the most value possible, this means you're going to get it in when your hand is worse at times as well.

Calling to induce bluffs here can be very profitable, if villain second-barrels with worse hands often, there aren't many cards we're afraid of (except K or T) if we're ahead. This gets much more value than raising here.

The problem is, though, that villain will often second-barrel better hands as well.
