Re: 4 bet pot with QQ, completely lost
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] OP- i think your perception of how regulars play 3-bet and 4-bet pots is way off [/ QUOTE ] ok so gathered from this thread, here are the rules: only 4 bet KK+ preflop in a 3 bet pot, overpairs are the nuts everyone at 1/2 flat calls AK to a 4 bet [/ QUOTE ] no, you're completely missing the point. just because you (we 2p2ers in general) play a certain range of hands in a particualr way, does not mean that the average opponent plays them that same way. the average oppineent is straight forward, non-tricky, and has limited creativity, so 95% of the time its far best to just take an opponents action at face value. and since this guy is "an unknown tag" listen to whats he's telling you. |

and regardless of anything, saying "never 4 bet QQ" is an absurd statement [/ QUOTE ] Well, gay-4-betting it to keep AK in, then even considering a call on a K-high flop IS absurd. |

Re: 4 bet pot with QQ, completely lost
I almost never 4-bet hands like QQ or JJ against relative unknowns. This is hardly "exploitable" lol.
