Default NL100. 99 against an SS who seems to be on tilt

This an easy call?:

I have 15 hands in with villain up to this point. He has raised 6/7 times. Of the 8 times I have played from the button, I have folded three times. I have raised with reasonably good hands the other five, and he's three bet every one.

Villain (52.50)
Hero (100)

Villain raises to $4 in SB, Hero with 9d9s raises to 12, Villain insta pushes all in.

He's three-bet EVERY raise you made so far?

Very standard call I would think, somehow I think this villain compulsively raises your pf raises every time, so I have to imagine you're way ahead of his range here, and you're even getting better than 3:2 to call.

I'm a skeptic at heart, so I save my fist pumps for after the river comes out. Yeah, i thought this was standard, I never really played NL100 before. It's not bad. He had KK, and then he hit and run me. Then another player came and hit and run me after 3-betting like crazy for 5 minutes, winning a little, and leaving. Then another player, but he only raises like twice and then leaves. AND THEN, this passive nit comes and I pwned him for 30 minutes and left, apologizing for leaving. This cash game NL heads up is nice, but the hit and running must leave some of you guys wanting to punch a hole in your computer.

I've played online for 3 or 4 years and have slowly learned to control my tilt after even the most brutal suckouts....

....But when shortstacking aggrotards suckout on me heads-up and then leave after 8 hands I go into a seething rage and have to stop playing.

The answer to your problem is SNGs. We actually want our opponents to leave early.

Wait, what? Are you serious? Listen, if that aggrotard stayed with me, I would have pumped in another 2 hours with him WITH pleasure. am I really happy that he managed to hit a monster at the perfect time and then left 3 minutes later? Or that I had to deal with two other mini hit n' runs by players who probably have a strategy to take 20 dollars from a myriad of players by 3-betting like a beast early and then leaving? No! No, I'm not happy about that. Maybe I misunderstand what you are saying tho?

Also, i don't think that SNGs can ever really be a "problem" .
