SNG Downswing

I am a $10 multi-tabler. I play 10 at a time on two monitors. I have played this way for many months now and have never had two losing sessions in a row, until now. I just finished my 8th losing session in a row. I feel like I haven't changed anything from what I was doing before. Is this just a bad downswing or is there more to it? I could use some advice badly. Thank you!
