The Healthy Chef, Inc www.thehealthychef.net $36.99 per day, includes 3 meals plus 1 snack. Also has the Whole Food diet. All the food is organic with no preservatives. The Healthy Chef seems the best option for those who desire more personalized service and three meals a day. He can even place a personal chef in your home. Chef John Procacci who is certified in health foods, served as Executive Chef for Chamberlin’s Natural Foods and Spa Chef for The Wyndham Palace Resort & Spa at Walt Disney World, and seems the best in terms of individual attention. The three meal option was for those who wanted to eat healthy, and not necessarily diet.

It's not local but it has over 120 weekly diet plans that you can choose from or create your own. Sounds like you would have to heat some of the meals though.

Another option that you might consider would be talking to a local caterer and seeing if you can work out a custom weekly meal plan for 1 person with them. Alot of local catering places won't have websites so it's kind of hard to find on the internet, but it seems like it would be your best option if you're looking for the least amount of food preperation. Anything you order online is going to need to be reheated in some way. A local caterer can deliver food that's hot and needs no prep.

Currently between diamondorganics and healthychef. Right now I'm leaning towards healthychef because all of their food is fresh and it seems more geared towards what I'm looking for. Diamondorganics has a lot of tasty looking stuff but less meals and all their meats are frozen.

Someone could try finding some local caterers or chefs... They might be better.

I got dead numbers for the first 2, and the Humphrey's place said they only catered events. I'll see if I can't find a working number for rent-a-chef as they seem like the best option.

[i]Edit: got a working number for Sebastian's but the lady said she doesn't know if they do that, she would have to ask the owner's when they get in tomorrow. I guess if you haven't found a solution by tomorrow I can call back.[i]
