Wow, 35. Too bad they don't have a rage test, I'd get a much higher number on that one.

12, this test seems kinda bogus. These questions were hard to answer with only 4 choices.

Right here, all by myself
I aint got no one else
The situation is bleeding me
Theres no relief for a person like me

Depressions got a hold of me
Depression-i gotta break free
Depressions got a hold of me
Depressions gonna kill me

I aint got no friends to call my own
I just sit here all alone
Theres no girls that want to touch me
I dont need your goddamn sympathy

Depressions got a hold of me
Depression-i gotta break free
Depressions got a hold of me
Depressions gonna kill me

Everybody just get away
Im gonna boil over inside today
They say things are gonna get better
All I know is they [censored] better

Depressions got a hold of me
Depression-i gotta break free
Depressions got a hold of me
Depressions gonna kill me

Depressions got a hold of me
Depression-i gotta break free
Depressions got a hold of me
Depressions gonna kill me

You received a score of 31. (Moderate Depression)

It is normal to experience highs and lows in your mood. However, the lows become a problem if the down mood takes over - when you just can't seem to shake it, and it begins affecting your day-to-day functioning. You might have recently experienced a loss, a break-up, or are stressed at school, and you're reacting to that. Or you may have felt like this before and overwhelms you at times. A number of effective treatments are available for depression, including antidepressant medications and psychotherapy. The professionals at your school's counseling center are trained to help people boost their mood. You can also try improving your mood with The Feeling Good Handbook by David Burns (1999; Plume Publishing).
