($55) Bubble AQo facing push
Villain hasn't totally been abusing my blind but has been taking his occasional shots at it. This is the first time he has pushed in this situation. All other attempts were minraises.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (4 handed) converter UTG (t7315) Button (t3185) SB (t1365) Hero (t1635) Preflop: Hero is BB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. 1 fold, Button raises to t2400, 1 fold, Hero? |

Re: ($55) Bubble AQo facing push
After having a few minutes to think about the hand I think I can answer my own question.
I still had FE, there was a shorter stack at the table, it was the first time he pushed in that situation, I was calling off my chips and not pushing them = Fold Let me know if I'm wrong. |

Re: ($55) Bubble AQo facing push
You are way ahead of his range, call. You can't worry about limping into third w/ the small blind only 200 chips lower than you, and both of you still >5 bb. You're in a particularly bad spot because you have to push into the big stack, while the other short stack will be pushing into you. Take your chance now.

Re: ($55) Bubble AQo facing push
you think he's raising with 22+,A2+,KTo+,K8s+,QTs+ (top 25%) or wider?
if so, call. if not, fold. |
