The river decision is a lot clearer if you just lead out. Most likely someone doesn't have a two card, ace high flush because you would have heard about it by now meaning someone had to go runner runner with Ac. Obviously possible but by checking you show weakness and open yourself up to this type of action. I hardly doubt he is 3 betting a 4 high flush and if the guy in the middle just calls your bet the raise by the button makes it an instant call
