Default PokerEV clarity question

I have been getting cooled quite a bit, and stealth stacked (me AA F: K22 Villain: 26o) and decided to download pokerEV. I am not sure on how to interpret the data here. I did a search for ~10min and couldn't find anything good.

Exactly how do I tell if I am running bad or playing poor?

This is how I solve it.

1.IF you beleive you run bad goto 2 if you play poor goto 2
2.work on your game and play 50k hands
3.If you you still run bad and played less than 200k hands goto 1 otherwise goto 4
4.If you still run bad after 200k hands you are either so unlucky that you should consider quit poker altogether or you still play bad, get yourself a coach,if you start running quite good congratulations, all work have made you a good player, now move up and start over
