Ive have had it happen to me three times, on the losing side two of the times. Not sure how many hands I have total - because I have gone through a few computers and different databases in the past few years, but I have been playing for 2+ years. My losses were with straight flushes twice and then quads over quads won for me. Its late right now, but i can only recall "seeing" it happen to someone once and it was quads over quads

playing for a year (~350k hands), never.
friend started playing ~2 weeks ago, probably under 5k hands, has lost w/ QQQQ to royal. both used 2 hole cards. NL10. Too bad it wasn't on PP BBJ tables.
