Default Weird form of poker

Today I've been playing a rather weird game of poker.

No blinds. Buy-in is €5. Instead of blinds, everybody puts a €0.10 ante each hand dealt. You can bet/raise whatever amount starting from the dealer clockwise, but can just check as well of course. If one player bets preflop, but no-one calls, everybody has to put in an extra €0.10. We were 6-7 handed today as we played, should be around the same every time.

Extra: One person said afterwards that 7-2-rule is also available, which means everybody has to pay 50 cent to a player who wins with 72o or 72s, either by showdown or by bluffing, but there was nobody who did this, so meh, don't know if it's true.

You can only buy in for more when average stack is at least €10 and then you can buy in for that amount.

Beatable game against the usual donks or crazy to play? If beatable, some important concepts to be considered?

Like for example, just open-shoving 72o preflop with starting stacks, you get €0.10+€0.10+€0.50 from each player, at a 7-handed table, that's €4.20, almost an entire buy-in.

This game is a mess... if a player bets any amount pre (.01) and doesn't get called, everyone gives him an extra ante?? The 7-2 rule in there too... ugh. This is just goofy TV poker.

With fixed positions, this game is basically unplayable. The last players to act will crush this game.

Mmmmyeah, any amount as in "any multiple of the ante" of course.

Both.

I don't like the 72 rule, but I also don't think it's very easy to play 72 profitably here. You can't just open push with it every time, risking your $10 to win 70 cents in antes and another $3 in penalties. You certainly can't push in over a substantial raise/re-raise with it. You'll get called in a heartbeat, and players will probably start calling you to "bust the 72". If you can see a flop for $0.10 with it, great, but if there's a raise/reraise what can you do with it except toss?

Also, when you get very much bigger or shorter stacked than $10, your 72 really loses value. With $2 stacks you're going to get called and beaten too much to show a profit; with $50 stacks you'll rarely get called but when you do, you're going to lose too much. The 72 will usually not win so it requires fold equity; but you can't risk so much with it that you lose the farm when somebody wakes up with AA or (more likely, for this game) JJ, 88, etc.

Just my .02. The game sounds beatable, assuming a rotating button, but not a lot of fun.
