Default 200BB hand with trips vs lag

effective stacks (2kish)
villain (utg)~ laggish player (carrot snake), tricky and blah blah blah.
(6 handed)

blidns: 5/10

preflop: villain utg raises 35, i utg+1 calls, i call with QK on button.

flop QQ8: villain leads 100ish , utg+1 folds, i call
turn x: villain leads strong for like 288ish i call
river x: villain checks, my play?

pot is around (830)

some explanation of how you would play the hand would be good. bet/call shove? bet/fold to shove?
