Default Top pair hu SB vs BB

Villian is Weepeel 20/9 over 1k hands, and hes up 17 dollars so he obv thinks im a fish. Not much history between the two of us, im sure he knows my openin range is wideish.
I know nothing about pot control or laying top pair down, so i figure ill post this and see how we are doing.

Hero (SB): $250.95
BB: $430.15
UTG: $205.60
CO: $346.85
BTN: $194

Pre-Flop: A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (SB)
3 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $8</font>, BB calls $6

Flop: ($16) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $10</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $28</font>, Hero ????? calls $18

I dont know if he raises with air a ton, but I also dont wanna 3b and get shoved on (is that even a good train of thought, cause if if hes shoving over a 3b here i am so bad vs his range i cant even profitably check call) so i opt to call with absolutley no plan for the turn. But since we are talking about turn plans, what is a good one? Check fold to further action, bet out on any non heart turn?

Turn: ($72) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero ???? bets $55</font>,

Now vs an agressive player this would be a good spot for a C/raise yes? Give him a chance to rep the A and boom were all up in that right? Vs him i figured hes not going to rep that card under any circumstance, so i opt to bet and not give a free heart.

BB Bets all the monies left on the table, and starts talking bout racing for pinks.

Could we get away? Im assuming no in case he had raised w the nutterball flush draw and is now shoving it...correct (by the way would a 20/9 do that?? anyways thoughts on everything
