Default Everest Poker troubles

So the other day I signed up to Everest poker to take advantage of a sing up bonus. I deposited 1000 played a little NL100 and when I went to log on today my account has been closed due to suspicious activity. My account is completely locked out.

I enquired with Everest and recieved this email:

Dear Ryan,

Thank you for your inquiry. Your account has been temporarily
suspended by our Operations Department. There will be no further
debits and/or credits posted to your credit card or your preferred
payment method and thus no winnings will be paid out. In order for us
to consider reactivating your account we will need you to verify your
account information.

We would like to remind you of the Everest Poker terms of agreement,

strictly prohibited and is grounds for account suspension.

1.7 Valid Funds. The source of funds used by Player for wagering was
not obtained illegally and is completely at the disposal of Player,
free and clear of all restrictions, obligations or encumbrances.
Player agrees that he has complete control and ownership of the

other players.

This means that you are to use your own deposit/cashout methods only,
including e-wallets.

correspondence):

1. Driver's License(s) or Passport(s) (including photo and signature)
for
___ Ryan Johnson

2. A copy of a recent utility bill (gas, electric, telephone, etc…)
displaying your name and billing address
___ Please enter the type of utility bill you are sending

3. Screen shots of your "..4464" NETeller e-wallet account, clearly
showing your name and account number.

I believe the reason on this suspension is that my neteller account is my dads. I had no idea this was an issue as I have used this neteller account to deposit on many of my other accounts in the past.

What should I do to fix this issue?

Send them what they ask for, explain the dad situation, hope for the best, and GET YOUR OWN NETELLER ACCOUNT.

This kind of stuff is like asking for trouble.
