On riv I fold. You're only ahead of missed diamond draws now. I would definitely think about raising the turn as 150 into 800 is so weak and your hand improved.

I would probably call the flop and raise the turn since he bets so small, and if he shoves I guess you must fold, but since the other ace came he might have pockets, a ten or flushdraw.

Flop is fine, im inclined to raise turn after he leads for 150 again since this is generally weak, if he pushes fold, and if he calls check fold if he leads river, check behind if he calls.
