I would probably C-Bet the flop (about .60). This is a scary enough bet to take down the pot after 2 guys show weakness.

Turn: I'm seriously confused here. SB's bet could mean anything really. You'll find people here at NL2 bluffing randomly in the middle of hands and doing stupid stuff like donking w/ 3rd pair into the flop bettor. Logic does not apply in these cases.

I would probably call down if they are going to keep betting so small and hope to spike a pair on the river, but also to see wtf he has and make a note of it. Also, I guess calling down in this spot and letting him have the fun of winning a pot will make the fish happy and keep him there until you will flop a combo draw and you can finally stack him on the river when you hit.
