40-80 @ the Borgata. Game is not great but not too bad either. Table full of regulars so how tough can the game be, right? I open on MP1 with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and get called by everybody but a HJ so 5 to the flop.
K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and BB instabets into a crowd. I find no reason to raise and just call so does the button. Both BB and button are solid players but feel that they have to outlag the LAG when they in the pot with me. Turn is K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and BB bets again (I am sure she’s got at least a K ) and I call again but button now raises and we both call. River brick was checked to the button, he betted and got called in two spots again.
So…I could raise on all 3 streets but …Fire away please.

I think I would have raised the turn the first time around, unless I *knew* the button was going to raise, in which case I would have waited for that to happen before 3-betting.

if there isnt a player between you and the bb i think calling is the right play with a draw because you want players peeling that flop and a raise is only going to discourage that. in a smaller field i raise the turn, but i think 5 people seeing that flop someone will have something to show down here most of the time.

I don't mind just calling the turn bet, but once it's raised and called I think it's a no-brainer 3-bet. I think that BB would have 3-bet himself with a made boat, and button probably would have popped the flop with KQ or KJ - so your nut flush is likely good and you are likely getting 2:1 on your raise, which makes up for the times that you are behind.

As played, I'd probably bet-call the river since it would suck to let button check it through and I'd rather go 1 or 2 bets than 0, 2, or 3 bets.
