If he was playing 200/400 NL, to run at around $20k/hr would require him to run at about 50big bets/hour.

Thus, if he was 12-tabling, he might be able to just manage it. I'd be surprised if there are 12 tables of 200/400 running very often.

There's no way full tilt pay him as much as $20k an hour, he could play 20 hours a week and still get paid over $20 million a year. $2k an hour maybe.
